Ishfaq Ahmad (Fellow of IEEE) is a Professor of Computer Science and Engineering and Director of the Center for Advanced Computing Systems at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), which he joined in 2002. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and M.S. in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, New York, U.S.A., in 1992 and 1987, respectively; his B.S. in Electrical Engineering is from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan, in 1985. He has authored nearly 300 publications, including books and peer-reviewed research papers on supercomputing systems, parallel optimization algorithms, digital video compression, assistive technologies, and sustainable computing. Dr. Ahmad has received numerous international research awards and about $15 million in research funding. He has delivered more than 150 talks, including several keynote speeches. While being a professor, he has held additional positions: a senior visiting scientist at the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing, China; a visiting lecturer at NASA’s Johnson Space Center, Houston, Texas; a frequent senior visiting scientist at the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory in Rome, New York. Dr. Ahmad is the founding Editor-in-Chief of the Journal, Sustainable Computing: Informatics and Systems. More recently, he has become the founding Editor-in-Chief of Springer’s Discover Internetof-Things. In addition, he has served as editor of siex other journals. Currently, he is also Editor-in-Chief of Springer’s Discover Internet-of-Things. Outside his domain, he is the author of “The Perfect Human, Muhammad (PBUH), How the Last Prophet of God Changed the World,” with the aim to contribute to world peace and inter-faith harmony.

Dr. Goldenberg is the founder of Engineering Services Inc. (ESI) - www.esit.com, established in 1982. ESI is a high-technology company involved in the development of robotics-based automation and technology. Under his leadership, the company has achieved significant growth and a global leading role in a wide range of industrial sectors. From 2000 to 2001 Dr. Goldenberg was also the President of Virtek Engineering Science Inc. (VESI), a high-technology company formed after the acquisition of part of ESI by Virtek Vision International Ltd., a publicly listed company. Dr. Goldenberg is also President of Anviv Mechatronics Inc. (AMI), which he founded in 2006. Anviv is a high-technology company involved in the development of mechatronics products. In 2021 Dr. Goldenberg established two companies active in AI-Embedded Robotics: TNL AI-Embedded Robotics Inc. and ESIRAI Inc. In May 2015 ESI was acquired by a Chinese consortium located in Shenzhen, P.R. China. He was the President of ESI after the acquisition until the Chinese consortium became a public company listed in Hong Kong. Dr. Goldenberg has been the Chief Technology Officer of the public company until May 12, 2019, when he left the public company. Dr. Goldenberg is also the founder of the field of Robotics at University of Toronto where he has been from 1982 as a Professor of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, cross appointed in the Institute of Biomaterials & Biomedical Engineering, and previously cross-appointed in the Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is as of 2011 a Professor Emeritus. Dr. Goldenberg is also an Adjunct Professor at Ryerson University and a Guest Professor at Nanjing University of Science and Technology, P.R. China.

Prof. Dr. Constantin Voloşencu graduated as an engineer from Politehnica University Timișoara, Romania, where he also obtained a doctorate degree. He is currently a full professor in the Department of Automation and Applied Informatics at the same university. Professor Voloşencu is the author of 10 books, 7 book chapters, and more than 170 papers published in journals and conference proceedings. He has also edited thirteen books and has twenty-seven patents to his name. He is a manager of research grants, editor-in-chief and member of international journal editorial boards, a former plenary speaker, a member of scientific committees, and chair at international conferences. Prof. Volosencu is a science ambassador of LiveDNA and a member of the Asian Council of Science Editors ACSE. His research is in the fields of control systems, control of electric drives, fuzzy control systems, neural network applications, fault detection and diagnosis, sensor network applications, monitoring of distributed parameter systems, and power ultrasound applications. He has developed automation equipment for machine tools, spooling machines, high-power ultrasound processes, and more.

Xiaoyan Dai Received her Ph.D in image processing from Muroran Institute of Technology in Japan in 2004 where she specialized in computer vision and machine learning. Since then, she has focused on image processing and document processing in Canon Inc. From 2019, she joined Research Center of Kyocera Corporation as an Expert. Her current interests include deep learning and computer vision for objects detection, fraud detection, object recognition and object tracing. She serves as committee member for multiple international conferences.

Dariusz Jacek Jakóbczak was born in Koszalin, Poland, on December 30, 1965. He graduated in mathematics (numerical methods and programming) from the University of Gdansk, Poland in 1990. He received the Ph.D. degree in 2007 in computer science from the Polish – Japanese Institute of Information Technology, Warsaw, Poland. From 1991 to 1994 he was a civilian programmer in the High Military School in Koszalin. He was a teacher of mathematics and computer science in the Private Economic School in Koszalin from 1995 to 1999. Since March 1998 he has worked in the Department of Electronics and Computer Science, Koszalin University of Technology, Poland and since October 2007 he has been an Assistant Professor in the Chair of Computer Science and Management in this department. His research interests connect mathematics with computer science and include computer vision, artificial intelligence, shape representation, curve interpolation, contour reconstruction and geometric modeling, numerical methods, probabilistic methods, game theory, operational research and discrete mathematics.

MOBYEN UDDIN AHMED received the MSc degree in Computer Engineering (Specialization in Intelligent Systems), from Dalarna University, Sweden, and the PhD. degree in artificial intelligence/computer science from Mälardalen University, in 2011. From 2012 to 2014, he completed his post-doctoral study in computer science and en- gineering with the Center for Applied Au-tonomous Sensor Systems, School of Science and Technology, Örebro University, Sweden. He is currently a Professor of artificial intelligence/computer science at the Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems Group in the School of Innovation, Design and Engineering, Mälardalen University, and a member of the ESS-H Embedded Sensor Systems for Health Research Profile. He has more than 150 scientific publications and more than 3330 citations. He research work have been selected twice in IVA-100 list, e.g., 2023: Trustworthy AI, https://www.iva.se/det-iva-gor/utmarkelser/ivas-100-lista/trustworthy-ai/. He is involved in teaching and is responsible for 19 online and campus-based courses in artificial intelligence.

Jiaxin Cai received his Ph.D. degree in Information and Computation Science from Sun Yat-Sen University in 2014. He also received his M.S. degree and B.Sc. degree in Bio-medical Engineering from Southern Medical University in 2011 and 2008 respectively. Currently, he is an associate professor in the School of Mathematics and Statistics at Xiamen University of Technology. He has authored over 37 peer-reviewed papers at academic journals and conferences. His current research interests include machine learning, computer vision and bio-medical engineering.

José Moleiro Martins is a Coordinator/Associate Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Lisbon in Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, and Knowledge and Innovation Management. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from ISCTE-IUL, a Master's degree in Business Strategy and Development, a Postgraduate degree in Business Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics. He has business experience in the manufacturing industry and the aerospace sector, as well as in strategic management consulting across various industries. Farah JEMILI has completed her Ph.D. in 2010, from the National School of Computer Sciences (ENSI), Tunisia. Since 2010, she is an Assistant Professor at the Higher Institute of Computer Science and Telecom of Hammam Sousse (ISITCOM), Tunisia. She has been member of the Scientific Council of ISITCOM for 3 years (2011-2014), and Head of the Department of Computer Science at ISITCOM for 3 years (2017-2020). Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security and Big Data Analysis. She served as a Reviewer for many international conferences and journals. She has published around 45 Research papers in international journals and conferences and has presented many invited and contributed Talks at international conferences.

Hassen Ben Rebah is a doctor in educational technology from Toulouse Jean Jaurès University, France. Since 2013, he has been an assistant professor at the Higher Institute of Technological Studies of Sfax, Tunisia. His research interests are in the design and modeling of adaptive digital learning environments using artificial intelligence. He has been a reviewer for many international conferences and journals. He has participated in the organization of several international conferences.

Dalal Bardou is an engaged, talented Ph.D. who has done her Ph.D. at Nanjing University of Science and Technology. I accomplished my degree in November 2018. I have actively worked to build a good experience in artificial intelligence, deep learning, machine learning, and their applications in the medical field. I was awarded of CAS-TWAS scholarship for a postdoc at Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Shenzhen, China in 2019 but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was not able to go. I am currently an assistant professor at the university of Abbes Laghror, Khenchela, Algeria.
